Oshan comes carrying a white staff with a blue crystal on the end. The crystal glows brightly whenever he adds or removes a linchpin. He appears as a wise old man with white hair and a white beard, wearing a white robe with gold trim. Around his waist is a golden belt with a silver buckle. Around his belt dangles two keys from a golden chain. In his other hand he holds a clock.
Oshan feeds light bouncing off the moon, both the dark and light side as well as the temporal energies of the Saturnian system
He is extremely knowledgeable in all matters of time, time travel, time warping, etc.
Linchpins generally consist of an event and a deadline. These deadlines may consist of a fixed date, an approximate date, a date range or any number of qualitative descriptions. The universe and events will re-arrange themselves such that the event comes to pass by the deadline.
By an evocation, he may add a linchpin to the timeline of the evoker. Through evocation he may also remove these linchpins if so requested. He may place linchpins on behalf of the evoker directly, or on behalf of an organization or entity that the evoker has authority over.
For example, a CEO may place a linchpin on behalf of a company, and may decide to remove said linchpin at a later date if the situation changes. In another example, a spirit may place a linchpin on the entities directly under that spirit's organizational control. In another example, a source or Universe may place a linchpin since the beings living in that source are living in said Source.
He is capable of seeing through all deception from entities that claim to have authority over others but in reality do not.
Linchpins placed by evocation may not unduly interfere with any linchpins placed before incarnation or any lifeplans made before incarnation.
Before a being incarnates, he may offer his services to work with the entity to create a series of linchpins designed to aid the learning potential of the being incarnated. These linchpins may not be removed while the being is incarnated.
Any linchpins that he places are designed such that they do not unduly interfere with the free will of other entities. He may place group Linchpins if all the entities in that group agree to have a shared linchpin.

His sigil consists of a closed linchpin with an equilateral triangle inscribed within.
If so requested Oshan may dimension shift the evoker while awake or while sleeping and perform temporal healing.
Oshan has the power to modify belief networks to support the dimension shifting and temporal healing efforts
Oshan is wise in the ways of time and may grant and teach the evoker all matters of time manipulation if requested. This can include the ability to dimension shift, precognition, temporal healing, time slowing and speeding up and much more.
Another ability of Oshan is to create guidance loop for the evoker. In a guidance loop, your future self time travels back from 1 minute and dumps off information, rinse and repeat. This can lead to vastly accelerated solution finding to problems. One thing to note is that other entities absolutely HATE when I use a guidance loop. I'm not sure if it just makes everything very confusing to them or what. Note that it isn't your physical self doing the backwards time travel, rather it's the nonphysical mind that sends the information. Here is a quote from Alice in Wonderland that I rather like about this sort of concept:
Living backwards!’ Alice repeated in great astonishment. ‘I never heard of such a thing!
–but there’s one great advantage in it, that one’s memory works both ways.
I’m sure MINE only works one way,’ Alice remarked. ‘I can’t remember things before they happen.
It’s a poor sort of memory that only works backwards,’ the Queen remarked.
The following ritual is quite good at placing linchpins for which you do not have a definitive deadline.
The Ritual of Change
- Place two cups before you.
- Place water in the first cup. This first cup represents your current timeline and conditions.
- Hold the first cup, with water, and think/feel your present timeline. What is happening? How are you feeling? Spend time in energetic resonance with the present. State to Oshan what this cup represents.
- Pour the water of the first cup into the second cup.
- While holding the second cup, imagine the timeline you are wanting. Imagine how that would look and feel. State to Oshan what the second cup represents.
- Drink the water.
- Oshan will place the appropriate linchpin and or apply the proper dimension jumps for you to achieve the desired outcome.
The Ritual of the 8 Ways
- Place an object in front of you representing yourself or your desire to shape your own future. For me I use the Conuctor card from the 40 Servants deck, but it could be another card or object.
- Shuffle and then draw 8 oracle or tarot cards representing your possible futures for the next month. Place the cards around the center object/card.
- Examine the cards then flip over the ones you don't want to come to pass. Draw on pieces of paper the sigil of Oshan for each card that you do wish to pass, and place the sigil on those cards.
- Ask Oshan to bind your future timeline to the spirit of these cards in the coming month, so that they do come to pass.

Based on my work with Oshan I must say that time magick is extremely powerful. I have seen some excellent results with Oshan, both for explicit linchpin placing as well as with the Ritual of Change.
Dimension Jumping and Temporal Healing
The multiverse is organized into a hierarchy. There are alternate timelines and alternate Universes. Alternate timelines are analogous to changing the volume on a television set, whereas alternate Universes are analgous to changing the channel. When you ask Oshan to dimension jump you to a specific configuration he will search all of these realities in order to find the requested configuration. One thing to keep in mind is that we live in a "shared consensus reality." That is, the belief of a group of people may overrule the will of the individual. During my attempts to perform dimension jumps on myself as well as temporal healing I have found that I have been "pushed back" to normal by the shared consensus belief.
